We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Admission Counselor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding students through the admission process, providing course information, and converting leads into successful enrollments.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle student inquiries via calls, messages, or walk-ins and provide detailed information about available courses and programs.
Counsel students and parents on suitable career paths and course options.
Maintain regular follow-up with prospective students to achieve admission targets.
Manage and update student databases and CRM records.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth admission process.
Achieve monthly conversion and revenue goals through effective counseling and communication skills.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience as an Admission Counselor, Telecaller, or in Educational Sales.
Excellent communication and convincing skills in Hindi & English.
Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
Should have own Laptop and Smartphone.
Ability to work independently and meet targets.
Knowledge of the education or EdTech sector will be an added advantage.
