Job Details

Design and execute city/area-wise credit card sales strategy

Identify high potential markets, customer segments and sales locations

Launch new sourcing models including open market, corporate tie-ups and referral programs

3. Team Building and Performance Management

 

Recruit, train and manage credit card sales executives and team leaders

Set individual and team targets

Monitor daily performance, productivity and conversions

Coach underperforming team members

4. Channel and Partner Development

 

Identify and onboard new channel partners and sub-DSAs

Strengthen existing partner network for higher productivity

Monitor partner performance and compliance

5. Bank Coordination and Product Management

 

Maintain strong relationships with banks and issuing partners

Ensure updated product knowledge including card variants, eligibility and campaigns

Optimize approvals and payouts through correct bank mapping

6. Process, Quality and Compliance

 

Ensure adherence to bank, DSA and RBI compliance guidelines

Monitor documentation quality and approval ratios

Prevent mis-selling, fraud or policy violations

7. MIS, Analytics and Reporting

 

Track daily, weekly and monthly sales MIS

Analyze funnel metrics like leads, logins, approvals and activations

Share insights and improvement plans with senior management

8. Revenue, Cost and Profitability Management

 

Optimize incentive structures and sales costs

Improve payout realization and profitability

Control attrition and operational leakages

Job Type: Permanent

 

Pay: 200,000.00 - 400,000.00 per year
